I'm so excited to be running a fundraising yoga workshop soon! It will be for yoga beginners at Yoga Room Split on the morning of Sat, 23 Nov. It's perfect if you want to learn more about yoga movements or if you haven't been doing yoga for a while.

The fundraiser is for Street Cats of Split who care for the local kitties. Please bring a donation of cat food or cash along with you.

Booking is essential as spaces are limited. Please DM to book your spot!

As we head into the second last month of the year, the focus will be developing strength from the centre, outwards.

Each class will start with meditation and breathing exercises. We’ll then move onto a gentle warm up. The main focus will be on one or more strengthening poses for the core before moving into a strengthening sequence of movement.

Class schedule:
Mondays (7 - 28 Nov), 13:00
Wednesdays, 18:30
Thursdays, 18:30

The evening classes are almost fully-booked so take a minute message me to book in and ensure your spot.

We have a new logo! It's based on the Ensō (zen circle) and can represent a number of different concepts. Many of the concepts can be applied to the practice of movement:
β€’ simplicity (moving doesn't have to be complicated)
β€’ connection (of the spirit and mind with the body, and each other)
β€’ finding the beauty in imperfection (every body and it's movement is different)
β€’ incompleteness (there's always room for improvement, but it's also useful to appreciate where you're at)
β€’ strength (training for strength has mental and emotional benefits too!)
β€’ elegance (when we master certain movements and ranges of motion, we're able to move with confidence)
