TCA is a Charity registered in Guyana, under the Friendly Societies Act. It promotes transformation of self and service to humanity.
Members study and practice the principles of Love, Faith, Humility and Service as taught by Jesus, the Christ. Transformation of self means the never ending process of improving and refining the human personality to always arrive at the best version of who we were created by God to become. It is the effort to become more Christ-like in our interactions with others and in serving those in need while transforming our own lives, the lives of others and the communities in which we live.

DANIEL FAST DAY # 21
Today brings us to the end of our 21 days spiritual retreat. If you traveled with me on this journey, I am truly grateful and equally confident that you will no doubt see the rewards in your own life. When we started it may have been difficult to withstand the temptations to abandon the exercise and return to life as usual. But today you and I can attest to the accuracy of 1 Corinthians 10:13 (posted below). Today I am delighted to bring this spiritual exercise to a close confident in the assurance we find in Romans 8:37 (also posted below), that we are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus who gives us the victory.
Once again I thank you all for taking the journey with me and I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. Let’s do it again next year. 🙏🏽

DANIEL FAST DAY # 20
With just one more day left to complete this journey, I encourage you to keep your thoughts focused on the beauty of all of creation and upon the ideas that are spiritually uplifting. Remember as a person thinks, so is he/she. What we think of all the time or most of the time determines where we’re headed and how quickly we’ll get there. It is for this reason that Romans 12:2 tells us that transformation only occurs through the renewing of your mind. The mind is the place where thoughts are generated and reside. Therefore sisters and brothers, today’s reflections are taken from Philippians 4:8 below. Take note. 🙏🏽

Daniel Fast Day # 19
During this 19th day of our Fast, let’s recognize ourselves as the light of the world. In the book of Matthew, Jesus the Christ calls us to be the light of the world. As we open our hearts to Christ and allow the transformation of self from the inside through the renewing of our minds, we become a source of light powered by the Holy Spirit. Jesus tells us not to hide our light under a bowl but put it on display just like a city on a hill. He instructs us to let our light shine before others, that they may see our good deeds and glorify the father in heaven.
Today as we draw close to the end of our fast I urge you to let your light shine. 🙏🏽

DANIEL FAST DAY # 18
With just four more days to complete our 21 days Daniel Fast, I urge you brothers and sisters to rise above the noises and stressful situations in your environment. We live in a time of great uncertainty and it’s easy to succumb to the attendant stress and worries which will only make us sick. Paul the apostle however, offers wise counsel in today’s Bible verses. In fact, all of Phillipians chapter 4 I find useful for coping with the signs of the times. I encourage you today to read and study carefully the entire chapter today 🙏🏽

DANIEL FAST DAY # 17
In today’s verses for reflection Daniel gets a glimpse of the final judgement. He sees the Ancient of Days seated in His glorious throne and the Son of Man comes in and is given all authority over the everlasting kingdom. Read and reflect on all that’s written in Daniel 7 and leave a comment below🙏🏽

DANIEL FAST DAY # 16
Understanding humility and practicing it takes life’s stresses away. Today’s text reminds us that we have a loving Father who cares and wants you to cast all of your cares and anxieties towards Him. You see, He is a mighty big God and there is nothing impossible for Him to handle. When we walk on this journey with that sense of assurance that once we walk with humility before Him, He has the power to exalt us. Understand therefore, that ‘Godly humility brings freedom, hope and a greater awareness of the Almighty’s very real love’. ❤️….🙏🏽
