We are recruiting 12 males to participate in a focus group for research on behalf of a client to be held in Georgetown during the afternoon/evening hours of 2nd August, 2023. The focus group will be less than 2 hours long.

The topic is "the views of the Guyanese people on issues affecting families." It touches on gender roles within the family, views on the economy, etc."

Participants must live in Georgetown.
Participants must NOT be working in media, market research, as an elected official, state, local, or federal government or political consulting.

We are recruiting the following persons:

• 30 to 45 years old
• Afro-Guyanese men
• At least some secondary education but NOT university education

Participants will be paid to attend.

• 25 to 45 years old
• Afro-Guyanese men

Stacy Johnson spent her childhood very differently from her friends. Instead of playing catch or swinging in a hammock, her childhood was filled with hospitals, medication and bandages because in 1987, Stacy was diagnosed with a rare condition known as Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI).

Determinedly, Stacy did not let her condition limit the sharpness of her brain. She started writing at age 9 and enrolled in a normal school just as her friends did.
