Bloom Project

Sipping on the last days of a summer we’re not quite ready to leave behind.

The table gets fuller. The hours get longer. That’s Bloom.

Consider this your seat for the day.

Athens, softened by the sea and the garden.

Still summer. Just called September.

A little raw. A lot Mediterranean 🐚

The dip is part of the ritual.
Golden, crispy, dangerously easy to keep reaching for.

Drinks in hand, feet in the sea, plans officially cancelled. 🍸

Shaken with intention, served with a little Bloom.
A summer cocktail made for slow afternoons by the sea.

Come for the sea, stay for the sunset.
One of the best spots in Athens to watch the sky turn golden, preferably with a drink in hand and nowhere else to be.
