Το Come As You Are είναι ένα σύγχρονο workshop κίνησης που προσκαλεί τους συμμετέχοντες να έρθουν ακριβώς όπως είναι — χωρίς προσδοκίες ή πίεση για απόδοση.
Η πρακτική αντλεί στοιχεία από yoga, locomotion, calisthenics, exploratory movement & breathwork , απομακρυνόμενη συνειδητά από αρχές προπόνησης, πλαίσια αποκατάστασης και αθλητική ενδυνάμωση.
Η έμφαση δίνεται στο καθοδηγούμενο flow, τις μεταβάσεις, τον συντονισμό, τον ρυθμό και τη βιωματική παρουσία στο σώμα.
Ναι, είναι για όλα τα επίπεδα! Όχι δεν θα είναι εύκολο! Ναι, θα βγούμε εκτός comfort zone! Ξεκόλλα, μην το πολύ σκέφτεσαι, θα έχω μουσικάρες και μπόλικο χιούμορ 😎

RECOVERY 🦦
After moving my body in ways that feel good – most of the time, at least, since sometimes I just have to work those stubborn areas 😏 – I move on to phase 2: self-myofascial release and active mobility work. In this session, I focused on my upper body, t-spine and shoulders.
