Another Fighting Monkey Intensive has come to an end.

Every year we leave with the same feeling: gratitude.

To everyone who traveled from different parts of the world, bringing your questions, your curiosity, your experience, your uncertainty, and your attention—thank you. You are what makes this gathering possible.

This year’s journey was enriched by remarkable guests who opened windows into different worlds. Professor of Neurophysiology, Innovator Henrik Jörntell challenged how we think about perception and movement. Olympic Judo Medalist Thodoris Tselidis shared decades of embodied experience under pressure. Award winning Photographer Martin Kollar reminded us that seeing is also a practice of telling stories. Freestyle Wrestling Coach Dimitris Psomas brought the wisdom where adaptation is measured moment by moment.

Together with Linda Kapetanea and myself, these conversations became part of something much larger than a workshop. They became a meeting of disciplines, experiences, and people searching for better questions rather than easy answers.

For one week, we shared a space where movement became conversation, science met art, experience met curiosity, and strangers slowly became friends.

Thank you for being part of it.
