TRUST - Trauma Sensitive Work Model An ERASMUS project aimed at improving the quality of social work done to service youth with complex trauma backgrounds.

The final conference and 4th transnational project meeting of the ERASMUS+ PROGRAMME TRUST - Trauma-sensitive Working Model for Marginalised Youth was held in Athens Greece 12 - 13.11.2024 and hosted by Freedom Gate Greece.
On the12th of November, the final conference JOURNEY OF HOPE & HEALING: Results of a 2-year project on Youth Trauma Recovery took place and it was hosted by Deree - The American College of Greece in Agia Paraskevi Athens.
Evangelia Karagiannopoulou from the University of Ioannina chaired the conference and Kimmo Kumlander, the executive director of the coordinating partner Silta- Valmennusyhdistys, opened the conference and welcomed all participants.
In continuation, representatives from each partner were given the floor and they gave their speeches of what they experienced throughout their journeys of hope and healing within the TRUST project’s implementation.
On the 13th of November, the 4th and final Transnational Project Meeting took place at the artspace Fabrica which is situated in Keramikos, in the centre of Athens. In the meeting we went through the pending tasks and set their deadlines. Wrapping up the meeting, we shared ideas for a further project proposal as several needs had aroused during the implementation of the TRUST project.

Our TRUST-project is coming to its end and it's time for the Final Conference JOURNEY OF HOPE & HEALING: Results of a 2-year project on Youth Trauma Recovery.
