Athens Knit Lab

We are delighted to announce that our studio has been awarded as part of the Second Call Awardees.

We were selected among other wonderful brands/makers/iniatives in Athens and Rotterdam to take part in this interesting project towards structuring a more resourceful and sustainable textile and clothing ecosystem on a local and European level.

We are very delighted to start this journey and exchange !

One of our areas of focus is combining innovative knit technology with fashion. 3D Knitting allows us to create garments consisting of singular knitted pieces with no seams , which require extreme shape & design precision and at the same time allow us to work zonally , combining different stitches , different yarns and different textures.

This design consists of 4 different yarns , 6 different stitch structures and multiple textures. The base of the bra is elastic , the sides are see through while the petals of the flower are fluffy and enhance the 3D effect of the garment.

A piece which took a long time to create but the result is a great example of the capabilities of contemporary knit technology 🤍🧶

For .official SS26 collection we worked on the interplay between mesh and non mesh structures , between revealing and concealing through different stitches. 100% cotton was used for the garments and recycled polyester for the bags and hats. The bags combine knit & leather.

One of our most beloved projects this year! We had the honor to develop the Alekos Fassianos Dragon scarf 🧣 designed by the wonderful for museum. A great collab that was sealed with an award 🥇at the General Category/Miscellaneous Print of awards !

AW24-25 Cinema Collection

Nadia is known for her attention to quality and detail. Working with Nadia Rapti for her AW24-25 collection we worked with bold vivid textures in wool and refined rib structures with intricate finishings in elastic viscose.
