From 1st June 2026, Infinity Aesthetics will be introducing updated booking and cancellation policies to help us continue providing the highest level of care, fairness, and appointment availability for all clients.

🖤 Consultations will require a £25 refundable booking fee, fully redeemable against your treatment.

🖤 Treatment appointments will require a 50% booking deposit at the time of booking.

🖤 Cancellations / Re-scheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in the consultation fee or deposit being retained.

🖤 Course sessions cancelled/re-scheduled within 48 hours or missed without notice will be deducted from your course allocation.

These changes are being introduced to reduce late cancellations and no-shows, allowing us to better accommodate all clients fairly and efficiently.
