Rashida Saani, owner of Alhaji’s Waakye and an accomplice of Kwabena Adu Boahen, teamed up with Boahen to kidnap the boss of Fly Emirates. They did this because the boss refused to let them board the plane after they arrived late.

Rashida left her husband, a banker with whom she has two children, for a wealthy Alhaji. The same month she left her husband, it was reported that $2.5 million was transferred to her account from Adu Boahen. There were rumors that she was dating Adu Boahen, but they could not marry due to religious differences.

Rashida’s companies, Raww Ltd and I-ZAR Ltd, reportedly secured two major government contracts worth over $38 million in 2024 — one for vehicle supply and another for 15,000 phones.

The deals were awarded just two months apart, with more contracts allegedly linked to NCA.
