*YOU CAN MAKE NEW CHOICES*
You become your choices. One of life’s greatest truths: everything you are today is the sum of choices you made yesterday. Whoever you become in the next 5 years, the next 10 years, will be shaped by the choices you make right now.
Sadly, many young people today are making choices they won’t be proud of tomorrow. What you choose to watch. What you choose to listen to. What you choose to say. These don’t just pass time — they define your destiny.
When people warn you to be careful, you say, “It’s my life.” And you’re right. It _is_ your life. It _is_ your choice.
So whatever video you share today, whatever words you speak — show me the fruit tomorrow.
Many will cry in the near future when their children and grandchildren ask, “Is this what you did? You’re a disgrace to our generation.”
I don’t know who’s reading this, but hear me: you have the power to make new choices. And those new choices will change the direction of your life.
Remember — it’s your life. It’s your choice.
So choose well. Africa has work to do. The world does too. We move forward — not perfectly, but together.
The African Dream belongs to all of us, one step at a time.

*Hope and Faith: The Chemistry of Moving Forward*
Hope and faith are as essential to life as air and water.
Today you’ll hear people say, “Hope and faith are not a strategy.” True — they’re not the plan. But they are the chemistry that holds your strategy together and keeps you moving when the plan fails.
Life is full of ups and downs. There are moments when it’s not about strategy or perfect plans. It’s about holding on, believing, and having faith that light exists at the end of the tunnel.
Every great achievement humanity has ever recorded was powered by the chemistry of hope and faith in a better tomorrow.
I don’t know who’s reading this right now, but hold on. Anchor yourself in faith and hope for a better future. And when your moment comes — when “your future” becomes “your now” — take action. Give your best. Then better your best.
Greatness isn’t “out there” somewhere. It’s already in you.
Africa is waiting. The world is waiting. We rise together.
*The African Dream is your dream. My dream. Our dream.*

It’s not about you.
The purpose of your life is far greater than your own personal fulfillment, your peace of mind, or even your wildest dreams and ambitions. If you want to know what you were born for, look beyond your family, your career, or your personal goals. Your purpose is bigger than that.
You have something far greater to give to the world. Do not look down on yourself. Deep within you lies a greater purpose: to make an impact on humanity. Never limit yourself to your surroundings. You have something to offer for the betterment of the continent of Africa.
Don't give up on yourself, and don't give in to excuses. Reassemble your thinking. Go out there and give your best—then better your best.
You have greatness within you. The continent and the world are waiting. We are in this together.
The African Dream is your dream, my dream, and our dream.

On the 5th of March 2026, I had the privilege of speaking to the prison officers at Nsawam Prison on the topic: "The Upgrade: Seven Principles to Help You Do More and Become Better."
"The Upgrade" is my new book, focused on teaching practical strategies we can use to improve our lives and contribute to the betterment of humanity. It is a must-read—because your life will always be better when you choose to upgrade.
The presentation truly blew the minds of the officers. The enthusiasm on their faces was unimaginable. The Commander in charge of the prison officers shared that all the principles presented were relevant and needed, but he emphasized that the value-set and leaning -set stood out to him as some of the best—principles the officers truly need.
The Chief Imam also mentioned he personally took away two key principles: the value-set and the soul-set.
The Commander further thanked Brother Kushtain for this great presentation, saying, “You’ll always make my work very easy.”
The Chaplain and the Imam also expressed their appreciation, noting, “You always make our officers feel good about the work they do. We really appreciate your work, always.”
One hundred copies of The Upgrade were purchased by the officers, and they are still requesting more.
It doesn’t matter where we are in life—UPGRADE is part of the life process. Keep upgrading your life to do more and become better. Life produces true happiness through consistent upgrade.
I thank the leadership of the prison officers for giving me the opportunity to motivate and inspire the officers for the past four years now.
You can also book a session for us to speak to your youth organization or your company workers—to upgrade and contribute to the betterment of your organization. Call or WhatsApp us on 0244 864214.
Remember: If you refuse to upgrade, over time you will be degraded.
