Our 5-member Spanish-Estonian family lives in an historical 18th century restored cortijo amid olive gardens in Costa Tropical, Southern Spain. It is a well kept secret, only 80 km wide tropical area with a sunny weather all year around. Due to its perfect climate it’s a place where mangos, avocados and chirimoyas grow among another exotic fruits.

Castle Property Project has just completed completed renovation of a cozy eco-home on the Costa Blanca, near Alicante and Benidorm, and it will be available for summer and autumn (June–November). We don’t want to rent it out to just any random tourist. We want someone to live there who truly values the place and the lifestyle.
This is not a typical “under the Spanish sun” house.
This is a small, idyllic home with sea views, on the edge of a natural park at the foot of the mountains, where in the mornings you hear only birdsong and in the evenings you watch the sun set behind the mountains.
Here you have clean mountain air.
Solar panels.
Reverse osmosis–filtered mountain water (not chlorinated tap water).
A nearby mineral water spring.
A fireplace with a baking oven.
A terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains.
A barrel sauna that turns into a mini pool in summer.
An outdoor shower.
A workout corner where you can either meditate or punch a boxing bag when life needs a little rebalancing 😄
The buzz of Benidorm is only 10 minutes away.
Alicante is 20 minutes away.
But here, you are truly in nature.
This home is best suited for a small family or a couple who:

– values clean water and fresh air
– lives or wants to live in harmony with nature
– is not looking for a mass-tourism experience

Ükskord me reisime jälle! On jõudnud kätte aeg, kus meie igatahes alustame hooaega! Nii palju on vahepeal muutunud, aga The Castle Family Project on ikka sama hea!

Tegime sellest väiksest kossakast rannas pilti ja pärast vaadates nägime, et ennast vees näitab ennast ka üks delfiin.
NB! Pilt tehtud loomulikult siis, kui Gruusias veel liikumispiirangut polnud. Hetkel oleme 35!!! ruuduse üürikorteri pinnal oma seitsmeliikmelise "bändiga", väljas ei käi. Nutame, naerame, kakleme, lepime, mediteerime, filosfeerime ja tegeleme kaunite kunstidega. Päeva lõpuks oleme tänulikud, et kõht täis ja katus pea kohal. Aitäh kõigile, kes sellel hooajal siin Gruusias meiega reisisid. Ja aitäh ka neile, kelle reisid nüüd ära jääma peavad. Me seikleme jälle! Kindlasti! Olge kodus! Olge hoitud!

Today we don't go out anymore. We are sitting in a rental apartment of 35!!! m2 and we are 7!!!! Crying, laughing, fighting, making peaces, filosopying and passing time making arts.
