Who remembers when we had a dream to create a massive mural on the side of the former SJ Dixon & Son’s building?! How ace would that have been!

We drove past the building this week and it’s covered in scaffold and we are so pleased to see that the beautiful Victorian building, which was built in 1885 and once home to paint firm S.J. Dixon & Son’s, is being converted into 30 specialist social rented flats for the YMCA Black Country Group. It definitely resonates with the welcoming message we thought would work so well on this gateway for the city, and it's so good to see one of our historic derelict buildings being transformed to bring hope and opportunity for people who need secure homes in our city.

Happy Birthday to Lindsay's dad Bob, the inspiration for our Good as Gold tee! 🎉

Having grown up in Reans, Bob is a proud Wulfrunian and ardent Wolves fan who worked at Wolverhampton's Goodyear plant for 25 years aswell as being a steward on the Wolves turnstiles in the 90s. It was his story that inspired us to start True Reverie with a cool slogan tee that people from Wolves could wear proudly and help to shout about the great things about our city.
