Don't be the first one too late.

Do you remember the summer of 1977?
It wasn't just the Queen's Silver Jubilee. It was the outrage of the punks and the S*x Pistols. A movement built on one simple idea — nobody is coming to save us, so we're just going to have to do it for ourselves.
Bands forming. Couldn't play guitar. Didn't matter. Fanzines printed on dodgy photocopiers. A whole scene born out of sheer bloody-mindedness.
That spirit never really goes away. You might not be putting safety pins through your nose anymore — but if you started a business, that energy is still in you. You didn't wait for someone else to do it. You got on with it.
That's exactly the spirit of UK Small Business Week — 1st to 7th June.

When aiming for the moon, you don’t aim once.

You don’t line it up in January and hope for the best.

You adjust.

Because drift is normal.

In business, it shows up like this:

• Sales soften
• Costs edge up

Nothing explodes.

Which is exactly why it’s dangerous.

Most businesses don’t fail dramatically.

They drift quietly.

Before you overhaul everything, try this instead:

One small correction this week.
