For this recent project, Victory Fasteners supplied a bulk quantity of bespoke M10 x 60/28 Grade 8.8 DIN 931 Hexagon Bolts, modified from existing stocked fasteners to meet a customer-specific thread length requirement.

By combining extensive stock holding with in-house machining capabilities, the team was able to provide a tailored engineering solution with reduced lead times, full traceability and consistent quality throughout production.

Custom Machined M42 DIN 933 Set Screws for Export Supply

When an export customer required bespoke M42 x 280 Grade 8.8 DIN 933 Hexagon Head Set Screws, Victory Fasteners delivered a fast and reliable solution using stocked hexagon head bolt blanks and in-house CNC machining capability.

The components were cut and precision machined to the customer's specification before undergoing comprehensive in-house inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Victory Fasteners Invests in New Forklift Trucks to Support Continued Growth

Victory Fasteners has recently taken delivery of two new forklift trucks as part of its ongoing investment in the business.

The new vehicles will support warehouse and logistics operations at Victory's West Midlands facility, helping to improve efficiency, stock handling, and the movement of goods throughout the site.

This latest investment reflects Victory Fasteners' continued commitment to developing its facilities, equipment, and team as the company grows its presence across the UK and continues to expand into international markets.

Alongside investment in machinery, technology, and operational infrastructure, Victory Fasteners remains focused on building the capacity and capabilities required to support customers both at home and overseas. Victory Fasteners recently completed the manufacture of 185 pieces of M39 x 220 Grade 8.8 DIN 931 Hex Head Bolts for a customer requiring strict thread length tolerances and consistent quality throughout the production batch.

Fastener Friday Spotlight | Meet the Team

This week, Victory Fasteners is pleased to introduce Kieron Harper from the Machine Shop team.

Starting his journey within the warehouse nine years ago, Kieron has progressed into the role of Production Planning / CNC Setter, becoming a valued part of the continued growth and development within the business.

Kieron is known throughout the team for his positive approach, willingness to help and a “nothing is too much trouble” attitude that reflects the supportive culture within the company. Victory Fasteners is extremely proud of the progress Kieron has made over the years and considers itself fortunate to have him as part of the team.

“I’m very fortunate to work with a group of machinists where everyone is just as important as the other. I’m grateful to work for a very supportive company that helped me through some difficult times, while continuing to encourage me to improve myself and develop within the business.”

Kieron particularly enjoys being part of a company that continues to grow year after year, alongside the opportunity to keep improving himself and tackling new challenges within his role.

Outside of work, Kieron enjoys playing PlayStation, following Arsenal, spending time outdoors walking in nature and, most importantly, being with his two children, Elsa and Thomas.

These bespoke M30 x 320 machined components were manufactured from European-origin material and produced to customer drawing within our West Midlands facility, including CNC threading, precision machining and machined cone points prior to final coating.
