M10 × 16 Property Class 10.9 ISO 4162 Hex Fl**ge Sets

A quick turnaround requirement called for M10 × 16 hex fl**ge sets to be prepared for GEOMET 500 A coating.

The sets were parted off from longer lengths to achieve the required 16 mm length. The finished batch was then ready for the coating stage, which we arranged as part of the order.

M30 × 200 Grade 10.9 DIN 6914 Heavy Hex Bolt

Manufactured from certified European round bar to meet a customer-specific technical requirement.

The controlled manufacturing process included:
• Machining from round bar
• Milling the heavy hex head
• Producing a 110 mm thread length
• Component identification through etching
• Independent impact testing at -20°C to 42J
• EN 10204 3.1 mill certification

From material selection through to machining, independent testing and final documentation, each stage was managed around the required specification.

Victory Fasteners has taken delivery of a Takisawa EX-108 CNC lathe, with installation now underway at our West Midlands manufacturing facility.

This latest addition forms part of our structured programme of continued investment—strengthening our bespoke manufacturing capabilities, increasing production flexibility and helping us respond more quickly to demanding customer deadlines.

Manufactured by Victory Fasteners from high-strength blank fasteners held in stock, supporting a quick and flexible response to the customer’s requirement.

Specification:

• M42 × 480
• Property class 12.9
• DIN 931 hex bolt
• 115mm thread
• Zinc-plated finish
• Complete with nuts and washers

The stocked blanks were cut to the required length before the 115mm threads were produced using our in-house screw-cutting capability. The completed bolts were then prepared for zinc plating.
