Frame of the day - this little wonder from OSIX. It looks like two different frames, but it isn't! Frame on the day! A nice chunky Tom Ford 🖤🖤🖤. It's hard to see on the photo, but our favourite thing about this frame is the smooth fade from being matte at the top to shiny at the bottom. And, of course, the classic and always classy Tom Ford "T" at the temples.

Fact of the day - one for the oldies like me! Who shot JR was such a closely guarded secret that every Dallas cast member was filmed shooting him so none of the actors could know the answer. They even filmed JR shooting JR!

Fact of the day: in 1971 Theo Albrecht (one of the two brothers who founded Aldi) was kidnapped. He negotiated his own ransom down, and later successfully claimed the amount as a business expense 👏👏👏.

🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ There are a team of us who work at Warrington Market who are running in Warrington Running Festival 2023. I'll be running 10K because I don't think my old knees will carry me any further 👴! Last time I ran 10K was in 2006, so this is a big undertaking for me. Having very recently lost a family member to cancer though, I feel this is a very worthwhile cause. Please give a little, if you can.

More love for EDGE. JH is an optician. You can bet they know a lot of other opticians! And yet they're willing to travel over an hour to see Graham. The lucky people of Warrington have this on their doorstep, and yet some of them choose to go elsewhere. Baffling 🤣🤣🤣!

👀👀👀 Frame of the day! You'll have to look closely because this William Morris frame is almost completely transparent. Just a few gold and silver details break up the transparency. Not many can pull off a transparent frame, but on those who can these frames look amazing!


Fact of the day - There are more people in California than Canada, despite the fact that Canada is more than 2,000 percent larger in size than California.
