Janmans Race Leathers — worn by Boss-E Racing’s Hot Shot, Harry Birch, who at just 8 years old has taken the title of Irish Minibike 90cc Bambam Champion.

Built to look the part. Built to protect. And now proudly worn by a CHAMPION.

That’s one serious little racer.

At just eight years old, Harry Birch is already showing the qualities of a racer far beyond his years.

His journey with Boss-E has been built on hard work, determination, an ability to listen/learn, and a refusal to give up when things don't go his way.

The results speak for themselves, but behind every podium, every victory and every new personal best is a young racer who continues to push himself to be better and the best part of Harry's story is that, in many ways, he told us exactly what he was going to do at just 6 years old!

When Harry was being given the opportunity to join Boss-E, we asked him a simple question: why should he be given the opportunity over everyone else?
His answer was simple. - “If you give me the opportunity, I promise I will work hard, I will listen and I will bring back the Championship for the team.”

At just six years old, those words were ambitious. But Harry meant every single one of them.
Fast forward two seasons and our little hot shot has done exactly what he said he would do.
He worked hard, He listened and he brought home the Championship for the team. The First Championship for the team might we add! 🩷🏆

While his team and parents have played a huge part in Harry's development, providing the guidance, encouragement, coaching and opportunities to learn, ultimately the hard work comes down to Harry himself.

It is Harry who has to take everything he is taught, both on and off the track, and put it into practice. It is Harry who has to listen, learn from mistakes, stay focused and then find a way to turn that knowledge into results when the helmet goes on and the racing begins and that is exactly what he has done. Harry has already built an incredible IMC record in 2026 where he has achieved 13 first-place finishes, 7 second-place finishes and 3 third-place finishes.

His overall results are just as impressive, with 5 first overall finishes, 2 second overall finishes and 2 third overall finishes. But perhaps the statistic that says the most about Harry's consistency is this: He has never once finished off the podium at IMC.

Race after race, Harry has found himself fighting at the sharp end of the field, constantly putting himself in a position to challenge for wins and podiums.
But Harry's success isn't simply about finishing positions.

Some of Harry's most impressive performances have come when things haven't gone to plan.
Starting from the back of the pack has never meant the race is over for Harry. Time and time again, he has shown the determination and composure to fight his way through the field, picking off riders one by one and turning difficult starting positions into impressive podium finishes. These comebacks have showcased just how much Harry's race craft has developed.

He is learning how to read a race, understand what is happening around him, identify opportunities and make his moves count. He knows when to push, when to be patient and when the opportunity is there to make a decisive move. At only eight years old, that ability to think about the race rather than simply drive as fast as possible is becoming one of Harry's biggest strengths.

One of the biggest moments of Harry's season came when he made the difficult decision to give up a potential bronze at BMB in order to chase gold at IMC. Rather than settling for bronze, Harry backed himself, committed to IMC and went after the result he wanted and he came away with the Gold at IMC.

With only one podium finish in 2025 the achievements this year speak for itself! The numbers tell an impressive story for 2026 - 13 wins, 23 race podiums, 5 overall victories.

Two seasons later, he kept his promise - He worked hard. He listened. He brought home the Championship.

Katie has officially retained her P8 overall finish in the Bambam Championship, and what makes that achievement even more incredible is where she started this journey.

Last season, Katie finished 21st overall. - This season P8 Overall what an incredible achievement and what an amazing season.

That is an unbelievable improvement and a testament to just how much hard work, determination and commitment Katie has put in. Going from 21st to 8th is no small achievement it takes talent, consistency and a whole lot of fight, and Katie has shown every bit of that throughout the season.

To go out there yesterday and deliver when it mattered, securing that P8 overall championship finish, is something you should be incredibly proud of, Katie. 🩷 You may be our Little Boss, but that result is anything but little!

Third Overall for Zak Turkington. The two riders ahead of Zak in the championship simply wouldn’t let up, making for an incredible battle that went right down to the very end.

It has been a fantastic season for all three riders, and the championship could genuinely have gone any way. The racing has been exciting from start to finish, with nothing decided until the final day.

Zak has had a brilliant season, finishing with:

1st Overall — 2 times
2nd Overall — 3 times
3rd Overall — 2 times

To finish 3rd Overall in the Junior Elite Championship is a fantastic achievement and something to be very proud of. The consistency, determination and fight shown throughout the season have been outstanding.

A huge congratulations to Zak and to the other two riders who made this such a competitive and exciting championship. It really could have gone any way, and it was exciting right to the very end.

Hot Shot Harry Birch arrives at the finale with a 3-point championship lead. He knows what needs to be done — finish ahead of the rider in 2nd and the championship is his!

Zak Turkington has some serious ground to make up, but with everything on the line, anything can happen when race day arrives.

Katie Clint will be digging deep too as she battles to defend her 8th place overall in the championship a major improvement from last season where she finished in 21st place 👏 🩷

It was another action packed weekend of racing at the Ulster Superbike Championship and both Paige and Ella delivered performances that made their team incredibly proud!

Paige Cool, Calm & Completely in Control - P2 • P2 • P2
Paige headed into the weekend with a clear game plan and she executed it perfectly!
With championship points firmly in mind, Paige knew exactly what she needed to do and was more than happy to cruise comfortably in P2, keeping her focus on the bigger picture. Cool, calm and composed, she never looked under pressure and showed impressive maturity throughout all three races.

With two races remaining, Paige knew the job wasn’t quite finished yet but knows all she needs to do is keep doing what she does best and that’s putting the pressure on and showing the boys how it’s done!

Three races, three fantastic P2 finishes, and another hugely successful weekend for Paige. The championship battle is going right down to the wire, and Paige is right where she needs to be! Best lap time of the weekend 1.21.9 👌🩷

Ella Smiles, Speed & A Fantastic Fightback -P7 • P6 • P6
Ella showed fantastic progress throughout the weekend, with her speed and confidence building as the conditions improved. After a solid P7 finish in Race 1 on Saturday, Ella returned to the track on Sunday and immediately stepped things up. She battled her way to P6 in Race 2, before producing another brilliant performance in Race 3 to secure yet another P6 finish and it was close, incredibly close!

There was just 0.48 seconds separating 4th to 6th at the chequered flag in Race 3, highlighting just how competitive the racing was but it wasn't just her results that impressed, Ella put on a performance that had the crowd behind her and as she came back through pit lane after one of her races, she was greeted with a fantastic round of applause and that smile said it all! Ella was smiling from ear to ear, and rightly so. She put in a determined, confident performance on track and gave her team plenty to be proud of while leaving the circuit with a new PB with a best lap time of 1.26.04 👏 🩷

Paige continues to keep show the boys how’s it’s done, while Ella is showing impressive pace, confidence and progression with every race we have no doubt that she will be on that podium soon too! 🩷
