Getting everything to fit was always going to be a challenge. I had originally intended to fit a 140mm rotor however the will only attach to the frames fixing point with a 160mm rotor adaptor. The rotor does fit with only a 1.3mm gap. This is the only way this set up is going to work so I am going with it.

First stage complete thanks to John . With the seat post removed I can now move onto the next stage of turning my 2007 frame into a rig. Details to note for the : Rear spacing 130mm with integrated hanger and ISO brake mount, I have designed and printed threaded lugs to fill the cantilever brake boss holes and finally the 1 1/8” head tube.
