We are pleased to announce that Pinewood.AI has made significant progress in the first half of 2026, with strong strategic and operational progress made, alongside continued business growth.
Key interim results highlights include:
• Underlying Revenue up 18.4% to £23.2m
• Net customer churn remained very low at -0.7%
• North American roll-out is gathering momentum, with first Lithia & Driveway US go-lives due in Q4 26
• Several Seez AI products now fully integrated into the Pinewood Automotive Intelligence™ Platform
• Recommended acquisition by Ridgeview Partners to support Pinewood.AI’s next phase of growth
