A little late posting this, but delighted to have attended the awards last week! Big thanks to my wonderful friend for attending with me - it was a wonderful evening catching up with business friends.

It was a real privilege to participate in yesterday mornings panel discussion. There were a huge number of takeaways, and I was delighted to have the opportunity to share my views on Gen Zers entering the workplace.

Thank you to everybody who came and contributed to the discussion, and special thanks to my lovely friends who were in the audience to support me personally as well as contribute to the discussion.

Success and growth mean different things to different people, but to me running a small business gives me freedom, and flexibility, and ensures I can remain authentic at all times to do the job that I love.
