WHOLE PAVEMENT PARKING is a Highways Offence.

The trouble is neither the police or Sheffield Parking Service is available when you need them!

The vehicle seen on the photo was parked beside the junction of Fleury Road/Fleury Rise at 16.15 hrs. BST., Monday 11/05/2026 .

The vehicle's owner can be seen beside the vehicle chatting to two friends.

While on Walkabout in Sheffield City Centre we found too many people breaking the Highways Act by; "walking illegally on the cycling lane along Fargate".

It shows how many people have never bothered to read the Highway Code. It isn't just for motorists, it's for pedestrians as well.

Please read it as soon as possible, it could save you from being fined for walking on a cycling lane.

Bags of Fly Tipped Rubbish at the entrance of Chapel Way (just off Fargate), in Sheffield City Centre.

Where is the Council's "Street Force" when they are needed? You pay their wages and this is how they treat you, by not removing fly tipped rubbish from public view!

You need to demand a better Environmental Service.
