🛡️ BACK TO SCHOOL SAFEGUARDING TRAINING – 5TH SEPTEMBER 🛡️

As we head into a new academic year, it’s the perfect time to refresh our safeguarding knowledge and make sure we’re confident about recognising concerns, responding appropriately and keeping children and vulnerable people safe.

Safeguarding First is running our Back to School Safeguarding Training on Saturday 5th September.

This training is suitable for anyone who works or volunteers with children, young people or vulnerable people, including:

🏫 Teachers, TAs and education staff
⚽ Sports coaches and activity leaders
⚜️ Scouts, Guides and other youth organisations
❤️ Charity and voluntary sector workers
🎭 Clubs, community groups and youth workers
🤝 Anyone working with or supporting vulnerable people

You don’t need to be a safeguarding lead to benefit. Safeguarding is everybody’s responsibility, and knowing what to notice, what to record and what to do when something doesn’t feel right can make an enormous difference.

The session will provide practical, accessible training designed to leave you feeling more knowledgeable, more confident and better equipped to respond to safeguarding concerns.
