Working Win Project continues to support people aged 16+ with a health condition to find and stay in work. You dont have to be in receipt of benefit to get support. Anyone who has a physical or mental health condition can apply. We cover Rotherham, Sheffield, barnsley and Doncaster

We can provide support with applications, creating or updating your CV, practice Interviews, Introductions to Employers wanting your skills. This support lasts for 8 months and we meet you in your local library or somewhere you feel comfortable meeting.

If you get a job, we also support you to settle into the role for up to 3 months.

We start the year with some exciting news. The Working Win Project has gained an extension until September 2026. The is down to the continued success and results gained by the project.

Just as a reminder of our criteria -

Support available to anyone with a health condition aged 16+ who is registered to a GP in South Yorkshire who is looking for support to find paid work.

We provide up to 8 months 1:1 support in local libraries and cafes to save on bus fares. Help can be given on the following topics
help to create and / or update your CV
Help to upload CV and register on Job websites
Help to complete application forms
Engage with local employers who might need your Skills and experience
Interview support - practice interviews, test questions, provide feedback
Help with Interview clothes
Up to 4 months In work support if you secure a paid role.

Self Referral can be done online and takes about 5 minutes. You will then be contacted with 48 hours and an appointment made for the following week to start the process.
