'If it's funny .. it's funny'.
The club hosts free-thinking comedians who leave their self-censorship button at the door. We invite comics who want to break out of the groupthink bubble and make us laugh. Comedians who are make us think, rather than nod along to a joke-laden sermon.
We hope you'll join us to create an audience for up and coming comics who want to try out new approaches and ideas. The current comedy circuit schools emerging comedians into a safe, unthinking orthodoxy. Real talent is being wasted. Up and coming comedians need an audience which is open-minded and ready to be challenged and we need comedians that are experimental and funny.
Each evening will be a mix of top talent and new comedians - from all walks of life, from all perspectives, from across the political spectrum and without boundaries.
