💪🌟What do you do to stay motivated?🌟💪
The next time you set a new goal, it may help to write down why it is important to you. When you feel your motivation begin to dwindle, revisit the note to yourself. Visualisation is key as it helps you to stay focused, so try to create a mental image of yourself successfully completing a task. Setting up a reward system can also push you to complete dreaded tasks!
Remember, motivation starts within. Find what works for you!
