June already?? For those of our followers in the uk enjoy the long weekend!! Everyone else, bad luck for being at work/ school and apologies in advance for the annoying stories and spreads from the sunshine which we will inevitably be posting this weekend.

We have some seriously exciting news coming this weekend so watch out! To be fair it is not journaling related but still very cool.

Competition time!!!! 🤞🤞🤞

To celebrate the Platinum Jubilee for Her Majesty the Queen (first British Monarch to serve for 70 years - seen here at two, photo from ) we are launching a competition to design a new image for our journals to be launched for the jubilee weekend (2-5 June) It can be jubilee-themed or not but something which has some longevity beyond the jubilee might be best.

Not only will the winner’s image be available to be stamped on any of our 33 journals but the winner will receive a £75 gift voucher to spend on our website. Two runners up will receive a free journal of their choice, hand-stamped to their order.

Competition is open until midnight on Sunday 22 May. To enter you need to:

- send your own drawing by email to [email protected] in a pdf form NB IT MUST BE A LINE-DRAWING (see our other images)

- agree that we can use the image indefinitely on our website and as a stamp. The winner will be credited in social media and in our blogs.

- confirm that it is your work and that you own all the intellectual property in the image.

- comment below to tag at least one (artistic) friend who you think might be interested in having a go

- add this post to your story to spread the word.

We may post some entires to social media to gauge views (and will of course credit where we do) but if your entry does not win we shall delete the artwork from our records/systems and it will not be used by us in any way.

Personalising your journal is very simple:
- pick one of our 33 journals
- pick one of our 18 images if you would like one
- pick a foil colour (we have 5)
- personalise with up to 8 letters if you want to eg names, initials, dates.

Some customers choose to have no image and just personalisation and some choose both or no personalisation. It is all very simple. Please check us out.
