We know the huge benefits nature can have on our wellbeing, and thanks to Trellis, we’re running four Gardening for Wellbeing workshops throughout 2026🪴

Whether it’s getting your hands in the soil, nurturing new life, or simply enjoying the outdoors, gardening can be a powerful way to support both mental and physical health.

Our next Gardening for Wellbeing workshop will focus on potting a herb planter and getting creative with herbal pot pourri pouches and will take place on Tuesday 16th June, 11am-1pm in our Kilmarnock centre.

This Saturday we are taking part in 's Gardens Scheme there are 10 gardens open, wander around our tranquil village, visit the 13th Century Kirk with Pictish Stones and finish off with tea & cake in the Hall.
Our nominated charity is Trellis who help people to improve their health and wellbeing through gardening.

We are looking forward to welcoming Sandra Schwarz, author of new TH book Restore: How Green Spaces Support Human Restoration.
