A slightly different post to our usual, but we need your help.

In the early hours of Saturday 9th May, shortly after 2am, one of our company vehicles was deliberately set alight on our site at Auld Bond Road in Perth.

CCTV footage suggests this was intentional, with the van being set alight moments after an individual is observed jumping the heras fencing.

The footage we have shows a person, believed to be male, riding what appears to be a red or orange push bike. They are seen watching the aftermath of the fire and appear to take out a phone to potentially photograph or video the scene. While the footage is not the clearest, we are hopeful someone may recognise the bike, clothing, or movements of the individual shown.

We believe the site was accessed via the footpath to the rear of the site which leads towards the neighbouring area around Matthews Drive but they may also have travelled via the footbridge over the a9 from Inveralmond.

We are asking:
• Does anyone recognise the individual or the bike?
• Do you have any doorbell or CCTV footage from the nearby streets around this time?
• Has anyone seen photos or videos of the fire shared on social media?
• Did anyone see or hear anything suspicious in the area that morning?

Any information, no matter how small, could help identify the person responsible. Please contact us privately or report any information directly to the police on 101 citing our crime reference number of 0499 090526.

We would really appreciate sharing this post to help us identify the individual responsible.

Thank you for your support.

Another successful agricultural project completed and handed over to our long term client on the outskirts of Dundee.

The impressive 3,025 square metre poultry building spans over 120 metres in length, creating a striking presence on site.

Finished externally with juniper green cladding, the building incorporates grade timber purlins and automated pop holes.

Extensive siteworks were undertaken alongside the building construction with PAV2 grade concrete laid to the exterior areas providing a durable high quality finish aswell as a new access road.

Finished to a high standard and completed on time and ready for the arrival of its first occupants, the project reflects the scale, quality and attention to detail delivered from start to finish.

The project was managed by Craig Wilkinson alongside Site management from Grant Harrison.

It’s been a fantastic project to be part of, and a huge thank you to everyone involved — from the initial enquiry right through to final handover.

We’re pleased to share drone footage from our new site at Camphill Blair Drummond, a fantastic location which on days like this, come in to their own.

The project was secured following a competitive tender process and is now under the management of James Latto on site and our QS Craig Allan who has been involved since first enquiry, works are progressing well.

Foundations have been set out, excavated and poured by Jack Malcolm and his team, delivering the quality we expect at every stage - with thanks also to Jack for capturing and sharing this fantastic footage.

The development will deliver a new sports hall, gym and changing facilities and we’re looking forward to the next phase as the steelwork arrives.

More updates to follow as this one takes shape!

Great progress on site at Crail, with works on the new driving range moving ahead smoothly.

This exciting project for Crail Golfing Society features six open bays alongside a fully enclosed bay, complete with a state of the art swing studio.

The build is really starting to take shape, with external finishes in anthracite composite cladding and Denfind semi-coursed sandstone, complemented by warm larch cladding internally.

Set within an already stunning location, this new facility is shaping up to be a fantastic addition to the surroundings.

Completion is on track for early June. Huge credit to everyone involved for the work so far, from first enquiry through to the teams delivering on site.

Great progress on one of our current agricultural projects in Fife.

Our latest drone images taken by Site Manager Craig Nixon, perfectly capture the construction of this impressive 1,600 sqm grain store which will have a projected capacity of approx. 6,000 tonnes.

The building incorporates approx. 160 tonnes of structural steel giving a real sense of the scale involved.

Site works commenced back in October, allowing us to make the most of the better weather before winter conditions set in.

More updates to follow as the build continues to take shape.
