What a privilege it was to be along side 5 beautiful artists and be able guide and support them as they explored the process of self love. The journey was gentle ,and at the end we all celebrated the discovery of how worthy of love we were.
We have another holistic experience on July 6th. We are creating a pocket sized comfort cushion, slowing down,being present and reflecting on what brings us comfort in our lives. No sewing experience necessary. All items provided.

What is journalling exactly?
Put simply journaling is writing down whatever is on your mind.You can journal in a nice notebook ,on your laptop or even in the notes app on your phone. You can decorate the pages of your journal with illustrations, photos ,stickers and doodles too, it’s just about putting your thoughts and feelings into words.
Here’s a couple of tips to get you started .
Start with five minutes a day. Don’t put any pressure on yourself. Just sit down and write Use simple prompts like “how do I feel today ?”or “what has made me feel energised lately?”
Be honest ,no one else is reading your journal, it is just for you.
So make yourself a cup of tea ,curl up on the sofa with a blanket ,and allow your thoughts to flow onto the page. Journaling isn’t a miracle cure but it’s a cozy gentle form of self-care. Why not indulge in that today .

These groups are carefully tailored to offer you a space to explore your emotional wellbeing and empower you with practical solutions for self discovery through creative modalities. Each session is stand alone so no pressure to attend more than one.There are limited places of 10 people per session
1st June - Theme/topic:
Exploring Self Love and Worth
This workshop is a warm, unhurried invitation to turn your gaze inward - not with pressure or judgement, but with colour, scissors, and a sense of play.
We begin with a warm welcome and introduction to the benefits of holistic wellbeing. We then create personal affirmation cards , through journaling collage, colour and fun stickers.These cards will continue to promote a feeling of self esteem and reminders that you are worthy whenever you need it . We end with a beautiful, mindful meditation to reiterate gentle kindness to yourself.
Throughout our time together, you will be nourished with fresh drinks and biscuits.
The only requirement is a willingness and openness to enjoy the process.
What we will create - 8 positive affirmation cards using mixed media.All resources and refreshments are included in the price of £15

As mental health health awareness week comes to a close, take a quiet moment to pause and reflect on these moments.
‘what do I want to carry forward’?
 ‘What is one thing I learned about myself this week?’
 ‘One beneficial habit that I want to continue’
What drained me or restored me?
What am I grateful for today?
It is the tiny moments that support your mental health.  Things like drawing ,walking ,drinking water, breathing exercise ,journalling, listening to music and resting without guilt. Healing is often found in small repeated moments like these.
 Mental well-being is not a destination, it is something we gently returned to.
I invite you to gently return to things that give you rest.
Things that nourish your well-being even in small ways .
I invite you to gently return to creating space for your own well-being.
I invite you to gently return to the reminder that you matter too.

Health is not only what we carry in the body,
but what we hold in the heart,
what we allow in the mind,
and what we nurture in the spirit.
Today, we pause.
Not to fix everything,
but to notice something.
A breath.
A feeling.
A quiet moment of being.
Through creativity, we give shape to what is unseen—
painting our emotions,
writing our stories,
restoring what feels fragmented.
Holistic wellbeing is not perfection.
It is gentle awareness.
It is choosing, again and again,
to care for the whole self.
So today, create something small.
Reflect without judgement.
Renew what feels tired.
Because health begins
in the moments we choose
to truly see ourselves.
