I’m learning to be kinder to myself and give myself more grace. I’ve not posted daily, which I wanted but haven’t mastered, and that’s ok.
I’ve been speaking with my good friend .zeezee and she has been so understanding and supportive especially when she has been through so much herself. She takes the time for others and has a heart of gold.

Day 2 of positivity
My beautiful daughter treated me to an early birthday present.
We saw Ne-Yo and Akon in concert .
What a great night, full of energy, fun, dancing, singing and laughter.

Day 1
I’m grateful for being able to go away with my eldest 2 children and see these wonderful views.
I feel blessed to have the ability and strength to climb this cliff and to take in the magnificence around us.

Everyday in our life we face challenges and negativity. From people around us, news outlets and social media platforms.
So I’m starting a positivity ripple and I would love you all to join me.
For the next 90 days, Post things that make you feel happy, and positive.
It could be a scenic walk, a smiling face a poem, anything that makes your heart smile.
