Another TinyHearts session done on Friday 😄 Matt and James had a great group of parents in. We covered baby and child CPR, what to do if a child is choking, how to handle an unresponsive child, and the everyday stuff like burns, bleeds, breaks and allergic reactions. All hands on, all practical.

Parents went from nervous to confident in a couple of hours. That never gets old. 🤩

🐻 We ran our Teddy Bear First Aid & CPR session and honestly, it was just lovely.

These little ones, aged 4 to 8, came in with their teddies ready to learn how to be superheroes. And they absolutely smashed it 👏

They learned the "wake-up shake" (checking if someone's awake with a gentle superhero tap), how to call 999, the recovery position, and even chest compressions — "push hard, push fast" to the superhero beat.

The kids were so brave.
