Kierkegaard's "Either/Or" challenge isn't just about romantic relationships it applies to leadership, careers, and life itself.
We often believe the right choice will reveal itself with enough analysis. But some of life's most important decisions can't be solved in advance.
They can only be lived.
The challenge is not finding a risk free path. The challenge is choosing and then taking responsibility for that choice.

What if humanity isn't divided by wealth, status, race, politics, or profession?🤔💭
Nearly 200 years ago, Nathaniel Hawthorne suggested there are only three meaningful distinctions among people:
• Those carrying sorrow
• Those carrying illness
• Those carrying guilt
Everything else is secondary.
It's a startling idea because it shifts our attention from what separates us to what we all eventually share.
I've been reading a fascinating piece exploring Hawthorne's observation and what it reveals about empathy, identity, and our common humanity
