Select MEP

Architects and M&E consultants different priorities, same end goal.

From finding space for services to balancing aesthetics with access, good coordination is what brings design and engineering together.

Because the best results happen when everyone is on the same page from the start.

Bringing M&E into a project too late can have a knock-on effect.

Redesigns, service clashes, lost space, additional costs and potential delays can all become harder to avoid once a project has progressed.

Early coordination means M&E can be considered alongside the wider design from the start helping to identify challenges before they reach site.

WE DID IT! 🙌🏃‍♂️

A massive well done to the Select MEP team who smashed the Robin Hood Half Marathon on Sunday! 🏅

Every mile was run for Framework and Switch It Up, and the team raised an incredible £720 💙

Thank you to everyone who cheered, shared and donated.

Project spotlight: Seabrook Road, Hythe.

Our team delivered the RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 5 M&E design for 48 luxury apartments across three residential blocks.

From plant strategy and ASHP review to MVHR, electrical distribution, and sitewide coordination, the focus was on creating a practical, efficient, and fully coordinated design ready for delivery.
