Planning permission for a shop conversion into a 4 bedroom HMO. Shop has been vacant for a large period of time so the client briefed us to have it converted into a HMO and to add a bit of modernism to the front. The results, well they speak for them selves 👀 for any HMO application advice or consultation just send us a DM ✌🏽

For a L shape 2 storey extension, turning this old Victorian house into a brand new looking modern house that achieves both aesthetics and maples of space within the kitchen/living space area. Oh and Juliet balconies don’t look bad do they? Can’t wait to see this built. Off to working drawings ✍️
