Well, things are looking a little more normal.
We are doing viewings, but with PPE and a Covid 19 Risk Assessment sent to all applicants.
The office is open 9.30-4.30 Monday to Friday, although not all the staff are in the office, some are still working from home, but do have their office phones with them, the wonders of modern technology. So if you need us, just ring.

Latest Coronavius Information

We've been actively monitoring the situation with regard to the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our top priority is to ensure the welfare of our employees whilst also ensuring that we will continue to maintain the level of service that landlords and tenants have come to expect from us.

Following the PM's statement on Monday evening we are unfortunately unable to maintain business as normal here at CPM as originally planned. We have therefore decided that our office will only be used for limited purposes and that our staff will generally work from home. Our systems are being updated over the next few days to make the telephone side work for us from our homes (instead of just mobiles), but in the meantime we are all receiving emails. 25/03/2020
