Breathing new life into older equipment using Linux

We recently worked with a well-known, high-end restaurant that was in need of new IT equipment. Due to the frantic and busy nature of their business, they can go through a great deal of hardware at times.

Instead of buying new kit, we suggested that we rebuilt some of their older laptops, using Linux operating system. Linux being more lightweight than Windows, it restored the kit that had been previously decommissioned to its former glory.

It not only saved them from buying new kit, it also helped repurpose equipment that would have been otherwise discarded.
