We promised we would find a new date for you and indeed we have!

Often cited as one of the defining films of the 2000s due to its dreamlike visuals and pioneering non-linear timeline and unreliable narrators that has gone on to inspire countless films and series.

A visually inventive and emotionally raw exploration of memory, love, and loss, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind follows Joel (Jim Carrey), a reserved man who discovers that his impulsive ex-girlfriend Clementine (Kate Winslet) has undergone a medical procedure to erase all memories of their relationship. In a mix of desperation and curiosity, Joel decides to do the same — but as he relives his memories with her as they vanish one by one, he rediscovers just how deeply he loves her.

The film unfolds largely inside Joel’s mind, blending surrealism with grounded emotion as he tries to hide Clementine in forgotten corners of his subconscious in an effort to resist the erasure.

*JUST ANNOUNCED*

An amazing new 4K Restoration of a serious cult classic, courtesy of Third Window Films

Five bizarre stories with no apparent connection to one another eventually become intertwined, resulting in surreal circumstances.

A salaryman wins tickets to the latest stage sensation, the hypnosis show VIVA FRIENDS! In the middle of the act an assassin shows up and kills the hypnotist, leaving the salaryman stranded and convinced he is a bird!

A gang of burglars roam the suburbs while simultaneously dealing with their budding lust for one another!

Meanwhile, a man kills and buries his wife, only to have her claw her way out of the grave and go after him with missile arms and fire breath, over and over again.

Acclaimed commercial director Gen Sekiguchi pulls all these strands together into a movie that is thrillingly original. Survive Style 5+ jettisons traditional movie tricks and aims for something more, a movie where love means never having to kill your wife more than five or six times.

Peter Jackson's passionate 2005 reimagining of the 1933 classic is filmmaking on the grandest scale, a three-hour spectacular that honors the original while expanding it into a fully realized world.

The director brings the same meticulous craft that defined his Lord of the Rings trilogy to create a Skull Island teeming with terrifying creatures and breathtaking danger—from a harrowing battle with multiple V-Rex dinosaurs to nightmarish giant insects. Andy Serkis delivers groundbreaking motion-capture performance as Kong, creating a character of surprising emotional depth and humanity. Watts makes Ann more than a screaming damsel, while Howard Shore's sweeping romantic score captures both the adventure's scale and the tragedy at its core.

In 1933, struggling Vaudeville performer Ann thinks she’s finally made a breakthrough when she accepts an offer to film abroad with the eccentric filmmaker Carl Denham. However, Denham has made secret plans to visit the mysterious Skull Island, where an ancient entity - and many other untold horrors - reside…

As pioneers of emo rock and youth subculture My Chemical Romance embark on a worldwide tour, come and celebrate the return of 2006 at CULTPLEX with a screening of the documentary MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE: LIFE ON THE MURDER SCENE. Screening Thursday 25th June, 7:30pm at Cultplex, this is a very rare opportunity to see the infamous documentation of the band's early touring life on the big screen.

Although their first album, I Brought You My Bullets You Brought Me Your Love, earned them a cult following, it was My Chemical Romance’s sophomore project, Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge, which catapulted them to the status of emo icons. With their clearly defined, comic book and horror film influenced aesthetics, they turned a generation onto the joys of black eyeliner and angst. Life On The Murder Scene chronicles this turbulent period in the band's rise to success, both on tour and at home.

Featuring interviews with the band and those closest to them, and with uncompromised access to their lives, Life On The Murder Scene is essential viewing for any fan of My Chemical Romance or anyone curious about the emo lifestyle.

Adapted for the screen by acclaimed horror writer Clive Barker (Hellraiser, Nightbreed) from his short story of the same name, Rawhead Rex sees a hulking, ancient demon tearing a bloody swathe across the Irish countryside.

When an unsuspecting farmer pulls up a stone column embedded in a barren field, he accidentally unleashes hell by freeing Rawhead Rex – a hulking monster that has been trapped there for thousands of years. With the seemingly unstoppable demon rampaging through the local village, American historian Howard Hallenbeck is faced with the task of putting Rawhead back in the ground for good.

The first of several films to be adapted from Barker's seminal Books of Blood series, Rawhead Rex has garnered a strong cult following over the years – now clawing its way to the surface as part of our Kai-June series and with Arrow Video!
