Rouen > Abbaye de Jumièges > Honfleur > Bayeux >Drive back along the D-day coast and soak the history, especially Golden Beach > Plage du Tilleul > Etretat Overall, we were surprised how beautiful Normandy is and the trip was very fulfilling from many perspectives, nature, architecture, history and vibe of the places we liked. Rydal Hall, zabytkowa posiadłość położona w Lake District, w pobliżu wioski Rydal, między miastami Ambleside i Grasmere. Posiadłość słynie z zachwycającego otoczenia, imponującego dworu i pięknych ogrodów.

First time in Little Langdale.
Did this route as an additional afternoon stroll after other hike.
Parked in Chapel Stile close to the Wainwright's Inn pub, went via Elterwater Slate Quarry, Slaters Bridge and into Cathedral Cave. OMG right? So many attractions in one walk that is around 9km and only has 470m elevation overall.
On the way back where I've started there is fantastic spot for a cold bath in Great Langdale Beck.
It was so blissfull I did now want to get out of water😍
Then hunger came calling so here was the excuse to get out😉
Food in Wainwriths Inn was fantastic and eating it outside in surrounding beautiful scenery proved to be an icing on the cake and lovely ending to this relaxing beautiful walk😍

Trasę tą zrobiłem jako dodatkowy popołudniowy spacer po innej, trudniejszej wędrówce.
Zaparkowałem w Chapel Stile obok pubu Wainwright's Inn, przeszedłem przez Elterwater Slate Quarry, Slaters Bridge, do Cathedral Cave.
Wow, prawda? Tyle atrakcji na jednym spacerze, który ma około 9 km i tylko 470 m przewyższenia.
W drodze powrotnej, w miejscu, z którego zacząłem, jest fantastyczne miejsce na morsowanie w Great Langdale Beck.
Było tak cudownie, że nie chciałem wyjść z wody😍
A potem głód dał o sobie znać, więc oto wymówka, żeby wyjść😉
Jedzenie w Wainwriths Inn było fantastyczne, a spożywanie go na zewnątrz w otoczeniu pięknej scenerii okazało się wisienką na torcie i cudownym zakończeniem tego relaksującego, pięknego spaceru😍
