Nearly finished this complete refurbishment in royton. Morning beautiful face bookers, here’s our latest renovated Cold damp room. Pulled down the old laff and plaster ceiling and reboarded. we also insulated the empty voids in the ceiling eaves and added insulated plasterboards to the exterior gable wall. New sockets and lighting position. Swapped out the old 2 metre rad for a modern energy efficient 1 metre double and finish off with 120 mm bullnose skirting.
Job done and customers happy 👍

Happy sunny Friday folks😃 Here’s a cold room we rectified by insulating the internal side of the gable exterior wall and removing the fireplace that no one knew was there . Originally we were to overboard and skim ceiling but on closer inspection it was decided to take out the old laft and plaster system.( filthy job but end result is well worth it).

A customer in bury wanted a Tiny loft hatch removed and a more suitable Loft ladder installed. We also put down 12m2 of caber flooring to make a unused loft space, useable 😁

Happy Friday face bookers. A young couple wanted more storage in their recently purchased First home. No problem, 22mm t n g chipboard to centre area and 100mm insulation in the eaves whilst we're at it. New hatch and pull down ladder and job done.(also replaced a couple of missing floor boards.)
