Mitches initial goal was to become fitter across all boards, from getting stronger in the gym, getting leaner & becoming an overall well rounded athlete & boy has he been able to achieve and maintain that! We created Mitch a programme that worked hand in hand with his lifestyle from his work life to his down time. Mitch has allowed our programming to become a way of life & now is a non negotiable for him when it comes to his training, nutrition & mindset whilst still being able to enjoy himself!
