El apartamento cuenta con 70m2 con sala comedor, cocina integral a gas, tres habitaciones dos baños, pisos en madera, calentador a gas, estufa a gas, horno electrico, un balcon con expectacular vista al occidente (sol de la tarde) ademas cuenta con garaje cubierto independiente.

GRATITUDE
So often, I forget to be grateful for the small things in life and just take them for granted.
We are so blessed to be alive and living and in 2020 I am journaling 3 different things that I am grateful for every single day.
Everytime I journal it out, I am happier and in such a great mood and space.

Mondays are one of my favorite days since I have left the corporate world. Seriously. . I used to dread them. Rush hour, overpriced coffee ☕️ , my boss🤬 In fact I would start getting stressed out on Saturday because I only had Sunday left to enjoy of my weekend 😎before I hit the ground running at my job. . But now I love them. . Mondays are a symbol of new beginnings every week for exciting things to come. They are my reset button and my day for “getting things back to normal” ✅✅✅💪💪💪(AKA my laundry, phone calls, errands, cleaning).
