We are delighted to have now completed our installation of the CCTV, Video Entry, Access Control systems plus the security network at Orchard Wharf.
Orchard Wharf is a 338 apartment development by Galliard Homes. We were contracted by C J O’Shea to design and install the CCTV, Video Entry, Access Control systems, plus the security network in the buildings.

The CCTV system is made up of internal and external HD Hikvision cameras. The Video Entry system is by Comelit and access control system is Impro.
The development is sited on the west bank of the River Lea, near the historic East India Docks, Orchard Wharf is Galliard’s new mixed-use development situated within the London Docklands.

It has an unusual and impressive design comprising of two main buildings, a 23-storey tower and stepped blocks of 20, 17, 14, 11 and eight storeys. These are linked by a two-storey podium at ground level that gives a visually-striking cascading effect.

We are underway with our installation the CCTV, Video Entry, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems at Middlesex Annex.
The project includes the North & South House plus the Workhouse.
The Grade II-listed building is a former workhouse dating back to the late 18th Century, one of only three remaining in London.
Charles Dickens lived in Clevedon Street as a child and later as a teenager.
It is thought the workhouse was the inspiration for Oliver Twist.

InnerTec completed the installation of CCTV, Video Entry, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems at the new build Finchley Reform Synagogue. We acted as security advisors to the build team for over a year during the planning.

InnerTec recently completed the access control upgrade at Boydell Court in St. John’s Wood in London. 128 apartments now have 11 doors/gates that are controlled using Paxton coded access/proximity readers.

Three days ahead of schedule our engineers completed the upgrade of an old analogue CCTV System. We installed the latest 8MP IP HD Hikvision CCTV System. To allow for the foliage on the house we had bespoke powder coated camera brackets made to ensure the cameras are not obscured by leaves.

Uplands - High Wycombe
InnerTec have completed the first phase of the installation at Uplands.
Uplands is a 67 apartment development by Areaequity in High Wycombe. We have installed is a Hikvision 8MP CCTV system that will protect the perimeter and car parking areas of the site. The Comelit VIP Video Entry System allows each of the 67 apartments’ residents to receive calls on their smartphones even when they are away from home. This is achieved by us installing the Comelit Mini WiFi monitors into all the apartments.
Pedestrian and vehicular access is controlled by a Paxton Access System along with an Intratone transmitter access system for the vehicle access gates.
We have also designed and are installing a Hybrid FIRS (Fibre Integrated Reception System) that will feed the 67 apartments and allow access to Sky Q, Sky Legacy, Freeview and Freesat as well as local DAB and FM radio stations.

One West Point
Our team at InnerTec are nearing completion of a Comelit VIP video Entry System comprising of 701 Comelit Mini WiFi monitors and 13 Entry panels. The Comelit Mini WiFI monitors allow residents to receive calls on their smartphones even when they are away from home. Included in our offering we are installing a 160 camera HD Hikvision CCTV system.
All the doors on site are secured using Salto Access.
