Every time someone walks in with shoes on, this is what’s being tracked across the floor, dirt, germs, chemicals from outside, and that’s the same floor my baby crawls on, plays on, and puts their hands on all day long.

It’s not about being dramatic.
It’s not about being controlling.
And it’s definitely not about making guests uncomfortable.

It’s about basic hygiene and protecting little immune systems that are still developing.

So yes, shoes come off at the door.
Because my baby’s health will always matter more than convenience.
