What is Out In The Open? The first year of Out In The Open took place from 1 May – 31 May. We're back again in 2024 and would love for you to join us! 💛

Over 3,000 of our supporters signed up for the challenge and stepped their way through May, completing a staggering 310k steps in 31 days. Others adapted the challenge to suit their needs; whether they cycled, swam or did something challenging every day. We had a wonderful community of participants in a closed Facebook community group. Here, our supporters posted their photos and brought conversations about young people’s mental health out in the open.
