This past Saturday, we opened our doors for the very first Aulis Social - an afternoon of small plates, cocktails and casual dining at our Chef’s Table in Soho. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, we loved welcoming you all and giving you the chance to experience Aulis a little differently.
Our team are now taking a well-deserved break and we’ll be back refreshed and ready to welcome guests from Wednesday 2nd September.

The Aulis Martini by and .
Created in collaboration with Patience Distillery, our new ready-to-pour martini is crafted using elderflower grown at and pineapple w**d foraged by our team. Herbaceous and tropical, with fresh grassy florals and a gentle herb-spice finish, it is designed to be served ice cold from the freezer.
and worked closely with the Patience team to create a bespoke seasonal gin using fresh botanicals that were distilled individually within hours of their arrival at the distillery. More than one hundred distillation trials followed before the final cut points and blend were agreed.
The finished martini layers that bespoke gin with vibrant hydrosols of elderflower and pineapple w**d, balanced with dry vermouth and fino sherry. Every element was considered to preserve freshness, clarity and the character of each ingredient.
Finally, it all came together in the bottle with our bespoke label designed for us by the ever brilliant .

After last year's dinner, which raised over £33,000 for , this unforgettable charity event returns to Aulis London on Sunday 27th September.
Hosted by our global executive chef, , the event brings together 20 of the UK's leading chefs for an exclusive 20-course tasting menu at our Michelin-starred chef's table in Soho.
This year, there are even more chances to be part of the evening. Enter our £20 raffle for the chance to win one of five tickets for two, or place a bid in our new silent auction, where one additional ticket for two will be awarded to the highest bidder.

Entries close at midday on Friday 11th September, with winners announced that same day. Please note that, due to the nature of this event, we are unable to cater for any dietary requirements.

Our menus evolve with the seasons and right now we’re serving roasted Orkney scallop with Purple Azur kohlrabi, caramelised elderberry and smoked pike-perch roe.

On the 11th of September, we're welcoming Oxney Organic Estate for a special lunch at Aulis, the second instalment in our English Winemaker Series.
Based in East Sussex, is the UK's leading single-estate producer of English organic wine. Since the vineyard was established in 2012, they have been committed to creating organic wines that reflect the local terroir, producing sparkling wines and still cuvées with minimal fining and filtration.
