Welcome! 'First Year In' is a social enterprise for graduates.

We provide a platform to support university graduates in their first year of work - helping them find their feet, upskill, work together and improve the workplace.

We are developing a one-year program of events/training/mentoring, to launch in 2011.

Join this group if you:
a) Support the concept
b) Are in your first year of work
c) Are in London and could offer training/advice
d) Have thoughts to share on the graduate experience
