W***y Wonka and the... Crypto Factory?

We're raising money for Medecins Sans Frontiers - a charity that gets emergency medical aid to those in need all over the world. Currently they are helping citizens in Ukraine and neighbouring countries with medical supplies and care. Our team will be covering 1,949 miles (the distance between the UK and Ukraine) by walking, running, cycling and swimming.

We have set ourselves a fundraising target of £1,949 - or £1 for each mile completed. All the money raised will go straight to Medecins Sans Frontiers to contribute to their vital work in getting emergency medical care and supplies to those in need.

Happy International Women's Day! At ESM Inbound, we're incredibly proud of all the amazing women that make our team the wonderful entity it is. We also feel that it's important that women around the globe are given the opportunity to achieve incredible feats. However, more than 130 million girls around the world are out of school today. The Malala Fund believes that girls are the best investment in the future peace and prosperity of our world, and their mission is why we as a company voted to support their charity today.

With it being LGBT+ history month, Lucy prepared a lovely quiz about LGBTQ+ history and rights for the rest of the team. There was ample opportunity for learning and a great deal of smiling and bringing our remote team together over something important to us.

What's invaluable is supporting our colleagues and creating a nurturing environment where people can express themselves without judgement and ignorance.
