It’s with great sadness that we announce CaliFlow will not be reopening our High Street Kensington studio.

It has been an incredibly difficult time navigating through COVID and associated closures. This is a storm that no longer makes sense to continue in our current format.

We all would like to thank you for your continued support over this difficult period and will keep you updated with future developments.

What are you waiting for…?

We are very excited to be introducing the long awaited, much requested, ‘CaliKids’ children's yoga classes from the 26th of October. We will launch during the half term break as it will enable the little ones to start with a fun Halloween dress up yoga class, playing very much into our ethos of making yoga fun and character led.

As you will be aware, mindfulness is very much integrated into the education of our children and our ambition is to support schools in this by providing an engaging supplementary service to what Children may be receiving at school.

We run 3 classes after school for ages 2-11 years:

3.30pm - 4.10pm (2-4 Years Old)
4.15pm - 5.00pm (5-7 Years Old)
5.00pm - 5.45pm (8-11 Years Old)

We can also offer flexible 1:1, small group private sessions.

Our yoga is fun and interactive, taught through yoga adventures, partner poses, animal movements... in addition to mindful activities such as; drawing, journaling, sky projections and so much more!

You ASKED .... We LISTENED ... this month we are adding more classes to our schedule as we edge closer back to normality. Most notable are the additions of morning ☀️ CaliSTRENGTH and CIRCUIT ☀️ classes to ensure we are serving both our early birds and night owls!! will be leading some additional morning sessions, will be taking some new evening sessions and will be moving Mondays all new sequence CaliFLOW to accommodate the later risers at 0900.
