There are many processes and procedures that take place to host a festival:
A 5k capacity events takes a minimum of 6 months to organise the licence application has to be submitted
6 months prior to the date of the event, there are a number of SAG (Safety Advisor Group) meetings that take place with a number of the authorities, to determine whether the event is safe to go ahead.
This was a site reset as it needed adapting for capacity numbers, customer satisfaction & safety always comes first 😉
