Sometimes only oysters will do! And especially on a Friday night - today we have Carlingford, Jersey and Cumbrae to choose from- Carlingford for me!

We are lucky to work with so many fabulous suppliers. It was a total honour to host at the restaurant for their 50th Anniversary celebrations. They are an incredible family run butcher & most importantly source us the very best of British meat

I love working on new dishes with & especially love this time of year & autumnal changes - many new dishes coming- here are a new mussels & a new cods cheeks dishes- more to follow!
